    Keeley

    OUR CURLY & BLONDE HAIR SPECIALIST

    Keeley has been in the hair industry since she was 15, starting her journey in a salon before completing her apprenticeship and Level 3 qualification. After spending 7½ years in her first salon, she took a four-year break before returning to the industry and joining the Dawn & Co team in our Conwy salon.

    Keeley specialises in beautiful blonding and is our Conwy Curl Club expert, helping clients embrace their natural curls while creating shapes and colour that work perfectly for them. A self-confessed perfectionist, she loves the detail that goes into creating great hair. Outside the salon you’ll usually find her at the gym, out running or spending time with her daughter Emmie.

    Milly

    OUR EXTENSION QUEEN & SALON COORDINATOR

    Hi, I’m Milly, salon coordinator at Dawn & Co Hair Bar Conwy and Dawn’s right-hand woman (basically the one keeping everything on track ). I’ve been a big part of bringing the Conwy salon to life and it’s been so special to help create this space.

    Alongside running the salon day to day, I have a real passion for hair, especially extensions. I love creating seamless length and volume that blends beautifully and feels natural, helping clients feel confident and put together. I enjoy working closely with our clients to understand their hair goals and making sure every appointment feels relaxed, friendly and tailored to them. Whether it’s adding volume, length or just giving your hair a boost, I love being part of that transformation.

    When I’m not in the salon, you’ll probably find me in the gym or at Dawn’s! I love being part of your hair journey and everything we’re building at Dawn & Co.

    OUR IN-HOUSE BARBER

    Hi, I’m Steve, the in-house barber at Dawn & Co. With 10 years of experience and a passion for traditional and modern barbering, I specialise in creating sharp, stylish and confidence-boosting cuts for men of all ages. Whether you’re after a classic look, a modern fade, a tailored beard trim or a luxurious hot towel treatment, I’m here to make sure you walk out of the salon looking and feeling your best.

    I believe that a great haircut isn’t just about precision—it’s about understanding each client’s unique style and personality. At Dawn & Co I’m also known for my signature hot towel treatments—a relaxing service designed to rejuvenate your skin and soften facial hair for a smooth shave. This classic barbering experience combines warmth, comfort and the best grooming products to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

    I’m proud to be part of a creative and welcoming team, offering a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit back, unwind and enjoy a top-quality barbering experience. I use only the best products to ensure that every haircut, shave and hot towel treatment is as comfortable as it is stylish.

    When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me spending time with family, exploring new grooming trends or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

    You can find me at our Conwy salon Mondays and Wednesdays.

    SALON ASSISTANT

    Polly is our brilliant salon assistant and joins us three days a week when she’s not at school across both our salons. She helps keep the salon running smoothly, supports the team and makes sure our clients feel welcome and looked after. Polly already has a real love for the hair industry and we’re excited to see where her journey takes her.
