FAQs

  • Our prices are listed as “from” because they vary based on hair length, thickness and the amount of product needed. If extra colour, toner or treatments are required an additional charge will apply. Your stylist will discuss this with you during your consultation.

  • We love a good mystery but no-shows aren’t our favourite plot twist. Same-day cancellations or no-shows mean you’ll be charged the full appointment cost—so let’s avoid that heartbreak, yeah?

  • To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be applied toward your final service cost.

    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule we require at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

    • Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice your deposit will be forfeited.

    • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: The full appointment cost will be payable in full as we are unable to fill the slot on short notice.

    We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to provide the best service to all of our clients.

  • We love good company (and cute pups!) but our space is designed for relaxation and creativity. If you want to bring a friend, just let us know in advance. Service dogs? Always welcome!

  • Totally up to you! Want to spill the tea? We love a good gossip session. Prefer a quiet, zen experience? We’ll vibe with that too. It’s your time to relax.

  • Of course! Sip on a latte, cappuccino, mocha, flat white, hot chocolate or a selection of herbal teas or good old builders while we work our magic. Hair transformations are best enjoyed with a little refreshment!
