    OUR FOUNDER

    Hey! I’m Dawn, the proud owner of Dawn & Co. My journey into the world of hairstyling began nearly 30 years ago, fueled by a passion for creativity, a love for people and a dedication to making everyone who sits in my chair feel confident and beautiful.

    I believe that a great salon experience is more than just a fabulous haircut or stunning color—it’s about connecting with my clients, understanding their unique style and bringing their vision to life. Every head of hair tells a story and I’m here to make sure yours is unforgettable.

    Over the years, I’ve honed my skills through Original Mineral (O&M), Kevin Murphy and Eleven Australia staying on top of the latest trends and techniques to offer my clients the very best. From classic cuts to bold transformations, I’m committed to delivering results that not only look amazing but make you feel your best.

    When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me on our small holding looking after all our animals or my green house! I’m a firm believer that the salon should be a welcoming space where you can relax, laugh and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.     OUR IN-HOUSE BARBER

    Hi, I’m Steve, the in-house barber at Dawn & Co. With 10 years of experience and a passion for traditional and modern barbering, I specialise in creating sharp, stylish and confidence-boosting cuts for men of all ages. Whether you’re after a classic look, a modern fade, a tailored beard trim or a luxurious hot towel treatment, I’m here to make sure you walk out of the salon looking and feeling your best.

    I believe that a great haircut isn’t just about precision—it’s about understanding each client’s unique style and personality. At Dawn & Co I’m also known for my signature hot towel treatments—a relaxing service designed to rejuvenate your skin and soften facial hair for a smooth shave. This classic barbering experience combines warmth, comfort and the best grooming products to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

    I’m proud to be part of a creative and welcoming team, offering a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit back, unwind and enjoy a top-quality barbering experience. I use only the best products to ensure that every haircut, shave and hot towel treatment is as comfortable as it is stylish.

    When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me spending time with family, exploring new grooming trends or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

    OUR LEAD TEXTURE & CURL SPECIALIST

    Hi, I’m Tammy, the curly hair enthusiast and blonde specialist at Dawn & Co! With 8 years of experience, I’ve found my passion in two areas: embracing the natural beauty of curls and creating flawless, radiant blondes.

    Curly hair is unique, and I love helping clients embrace their natural texture with customised cuts, hydration techniques and styling tips that keep every curl looking its best. I understand that no two curls are the same and I’m dedicated to providing the specialised care and attention they deserve.

    Blonde transformations are another passion of mine, whether it’s creating sun-kissed highlights, bright platinum or a soft, natural blonde. I’m committed to achieving the perfect shade while keeping hair healthy, shiny and vibrant.

    When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me on Minecraft or decorating my new house! My mission is to make sure every client leaves the salon feeling confident, beautiful and totally in love with their hair.

    OUR COLOUR & EXTENSION EXPERT

    Ceri is the newest stylist to join our team at the Rhos-on-Sea salon, bringing with her a real passion for creative colour and hair extensions. A vivid colour enthusiast, Ceri loves working with bold, bright shades as well as soft pastels, creating unique looks that really stand out. She also enjoys transforming hair with extensions, adding length, volume and confidence for her clients. Known for her creativity and enthusiasm, Ceri loves helping clients express their personality through their hair. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll probably find her being dragged around Penrhyn Bay by her golden retriever.

    SALON ASSISTANT

    Polly is our brilliant salon assistant and joins us three days a week when she’s not at school across both our salons. She helps keep the salon running smoothly, supports the team and makes sure our clients feel welcome and looked after. Polly already has a real love for the hair industry and we’re excited to see where her journey takes her.
